We had a pleasant stay in a conveniently located apartment with easy access to various dining options. the location was great, allowing us to easily explore the city with a short taxi ride or a bargain with a tuk-tuk driver. the room was clean and adequate, with a comfortable bed and a decent view of the town from the 7th floor. We appreciated the daily room service and the nearby convenience store on the second floor.
The pricing for utilities such as electricity and water seemed to be overpriced compared to other similar places, resulting in a higher expense than expected.

The location was perfect for me, as there were plenty of options for both western and Thai food just across the road. I could easily find familiar fast food chains like McDonald's and Burger King, but I preferred exploring the local Thai food places nearby. The hotel was also conveniently close to the Centara shopping mall, only a 100 baht taxi ride away or I could haggle with a tuk-tuk driver. Additionally, I appreciated that the rooms were cleaned daily, ensuring a high level of cleanliness. Lastly, there were several dining options available on the second floor, including a hospital cafeteria.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We stayed at this hotel over the New Year. The best aspects were the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The hotel had an easy check-in process and there was a convenience store nearby which was handy. The hotel is in a good location being walking distance to various restaurants and markets.
The worst aspects were the payment process and the quality of the room. They only accepted cash and we had to withdraw a significant amount due to our length of stay.

Big parking space and friendly staff caught my attention. the room, though simple, had everything I needed - TV, fridge, air conditioning. Another great thing was the central location that brought everything within reach.
The rooms were a bit hospital-like in terms of decor and I found the bed a little too hard for my taste. I had to pay for water and electricity separately when I checked out, which added up to a fairly high bill.
